James E. Winters
East Liverpool - James E. Winters, 67, of 120 West 6th Street, died Thursday, December 23, 2010 at the Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.
Mr. Winters was born April 26, 1943 in East Liverpool, a son of the late James W. and Ruth Carroll Winters. He had been employed as a carpenter working for various local contractors.
He is survived by a daughter, Julie Winters of Salem; two sons, James E. Winters of Rogers and Robert L. Winters of North Lima; four sisters, Wanda Griggs of Panama City Beach, FL, Joyce Lacey of East Palestine, Dorothy Clark of Canton, and Robin Winters of Salem; a brother, Melvin Winters of Columbiana; two step grandchildren and two step great grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at the Salem Memorial Building, East State St., Salem on Sunday, January 2, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. with Jason Pancake officiating. Arrangements were made by the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana.
