James K. Kandray

Lisbon – James K. Kandray, 63, of Lisbon, died, Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at his home.

He was born January 31, 1955 in Youngstown, a son of the late John and Thyra “Chibe” Clark Kandray.

James worked for Columbus Mckinnon, Salem, as a parts specialist and was a member of St. Paul’s Catholic Church, Salem. He enjoyed spending time with his daughter and attending her equestrian shows.

He is survived by his wife, Susana Horvath Kandray, whom he married, September 7, 1985; a daughter Jennifer A. Kandray of Lisbon; and three brothers, John “Jack” (Jeanette) Kandray of Youngstown, Bill (Maureen) Kandray of Youngstown and Ed (Diane) Kandray of Youngstown.

A memorial mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 3, 2018 at St. Paul’s Catholic Church, Salem, with Reverend Robert Edwards Officiating.

In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Paul Elementary School, Salem.

Professional arrangements were handled by Woods-Rettig Funeral Home, Leetonia.
