Jacqueline Grace Leonard

Columbiana - Jacqueline Grace Leonard, of Columbiana, Ohio, formerly of York, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on September 6, 2025, just two days before her 95th birthday (September 8, 1930) with her husband by her side.

She was the beloved wife of Donald E. Leonard, with whom she shared 76 years of love and memories with. Jacqueline was honored to have 5 generations of family and was the proud mother of Deborah Detwiler and Renee (Larry) Miller. She was deeply cherished as a grandmother to David Detwiler, Nicole (Ryan) Rossi, and Lauren Miller; a great-grandmother to Hayli (Jordan) Troy, Quenton Cross, Xathon (Kennedy) Cross, Easton and Colson Shuto, Marina and Rylin Rossi, Cora and Brady McAndrew, and Maddox Detwiler; and a great-great-grandmother to Alana and Mason Troy.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, Dorothy Bush and Joanne Fink and her parents, Joseph and Margaret Wolf Snyder.

In her early years she worked as the Executive secretary of York Corporation. She was a member of the Columbiana United Methodist Church for 68 years and served on the choir. She enjoyed celebrating her birthday each year during the Columbiana Street Fair, where she could often be found playing bingo with her family. She loved babysitting her grandkids, shopping, and spent many years taking vacations to Ft. Myers Beach Florida with her friends and family.

Her legacy lives on through her family, who will always remember her warmth, strength, and the love she poured into each generation.

A service will be held at the Columbiana Cemetery Chapel on Monday, September 8, 2025, at 2:00 pm.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana.
