East Palestine - Jacqueline Whitehead, 82, of East Palestine, passed away on Monday, January 13, 2025, at Covington Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, East Palestine.

Jacqueline was born on May 13, 1942, in East Cleveland, OH, daughter of the late Earl and Ida Kallio Cope.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
