Columbiana - Helen A. Radler, 98, of 1229 Columbiana-Lisbon Road, died Thursday evening, May 26, 2011 at her home.
Mrs. Radler was born September 10, 1912 in Washingtonville, a daughter of Harry and Adelaide Fitzpatrick McNeal and had lived in this area all of her life. She was co-owner, along with her husband, William Radler of WM Inc. of Washingtonville for 27 years, retiring in 1980.
She was a member of the East Fairfield United Methodist Church and Gideons International. Helen was also the last surviving graduate of Washingtonville School. She lived many long happy years from horse and buggy days to our space age.
Her husband, William A. Radler, whom she married June 21, 1933 died April 15, 1983.
She is survived the by a daughter, the Reverend Linda J. Gregorino of Columbiana; a son, A. Lee (Gayle) Radler of Columbiana; four grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and six great great grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by a grandson, Lee Michael Gregorino.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, May 31, 2011 at the Columbiana Cemetery Chapel with Pastor Michael Namy officiating. There are no calling hours. Arrangements were made by the Woods-Rettig Funeral Home, Leetonia.
