Helen E. Hamlin
Columbiana - Helen E. Hamlin, 80, formerly of Wind Rose Court, died at 7:26 a.m. Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at the Holy Family Hospice, Parma.
Mrs. Hamlin was born February 11, 1932 in Lisbon, a daughter of the late Harry and Daisy Galbreath Ward and had lived in this area most of her life. She had been employed as a waitress for various area restaurants for several years. She was a member of Victory Christian Center, Columbiana.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Hamlin and a son, Frank Kopp.
She is survived two sons, Jeff Beight of Brunswick and Randy Beight of Norfolk, VA; two sisters, Maxine Martino of Silver Spring, MD and Verdie Balogh of Locust Grove, VA; and four grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 26, 2012 at the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana, with Pastor Randall J. Morocco officiating. Burial will follow in East Carmel Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 4-7 p.m. on Friday.
