Columbiana - Helen E. Coler, 91, formerly of Wind Rose Court, died at 12:10 a.m. Saturday, March 31, 2012 at the Parkside Health Care Center.
Mrs. Coler was born March 8, 1921 in Youngstown, a daughter of Ralph T. and Ruby E. Martin Mansfield and had lived in the area all of her life. She was a homemaker and a member of the Lisbon Baptist Temple.
Her husband, Albert S. Coler, whom she married October 9, 1937 died November 18, 1997.
She is survived by four daughters, Betty A. Davis of Columbiana, Thelma P. (Champ) Hunt of North Lima, Ruth E. (Michael) House of Columbiana, and Carol J. (Bill) Howard of Palmyra, NY; two sons, Loren R. (Ruth Ann) Coler of Leetonia and James (Marjorie) Coler of Ocala, FL; 13 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and 13 great great grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by a son, Kenneth E. Coler, a grandson, Rob Coler, a great grandson, Erick C. Davis, and a brother, Ralph Mansfield.
Friends may call at the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana from 5-7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 3, 2012 where services will be held at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday with Pastor Charles Cusick officiating. Burial will be in Lake Park Cemetery, Youngstown.
