Harry G. "Bud" Henderson

Harry G. "Bud" Henderson died on February 17, 2010, at the age of 77.

Bud was the son of Floyd and Eunice Meek Henderson, both deceased. He retired from the US Air Force in July 1971. He worked at various jobs in the area and was the Clerk/Treasurer of the Leetonia Community Library for more than 10 years. Bud was active in the American Legion Post 131, Leetonia; the 40 & 8, Columbiana, The Eagles in Leetonia and Lisbon; the Italian American Clubs in both Leetonia and Salem, the VFW Post 5532 in Washingtonville and the Italian American Veterans in Lorain, Ohio. He leaves his wife, Jane Case Henderson; and six children; son, Scott (Carol) of North Tonawanda, New York; daughter, Gwen (Robert) Melbar of Amherst, OH; daughter, Mary (Mark) Harris of Land O Lakes, Fla; son, Daniel of Elyria, OH; son, Brian (Angela) of Salem, OH; son, Michael (Tracie) of Leetonia, OH; 15 grandchildren and four great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Kevin, and his brother, Leland Henderson.

Private funeral services will be held by the family. Bud has requested no flowers or donations.
