Columbiana – Harold “Rene” Snatchko, age 86, died on Sunday, April 9, 2017 at Parkside Health Care Center, Columbiana.
He was born on June 25, 1930 in Sturgeon, PA, a son of the late Charles and Anna Kargle Snatchko.
Harold was a member of the Victory Christian Center, Columbiana and worked as a produce manager with Giant Eagle.
He is survived by his wife, Clara Ann Carter Snatchko, whom he married September 19, 1999; two daughters, Paulette Skillman of Emporium, PA and Mary Lou Spotti of Canonsburg, PA; two step-daughters, Tammy Cochran of East Palestine and Joy Reaggle of Leetonia; two step-sons James Reaggle of Wellsville and Joseph Reaggle of Johns Creek, GA; two siblings Dot Lenard of McDonald, Pa and Roy Snatchko of McDonald, PA. Also surviving are many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Harold was preceded in death by five children, Rene, Carol, Jimmy, Parker, and an infant son Tommy; 12 siblings, Ruth, Joan, Pat, Roseann, Loraine, Betty, Florance, Jim, George, Chuck, Pete and Bob.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 29, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the Victory Christian Center, Columbiana, with pastor Randy Morocco officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. at the church prior to the service.
