Gust A. Cheurco
Columbiana - February 4, 2005 - Gust A. Cheurco, 81, of 226 Manor Avenue, died at 8:10 a.m. Friday at the Blossom Nursing Center, Salem.
Mr. Cheurco was born March 2, 1923 in Malvern, Ohio, a son of Adrian and Beatrice Loric Cheurco and had lived here 41 years, coming from Malvern.
He was a member of the Assembly of God Church and had served in the US Army Air Corps during WW II. He had been an owner/operator in the trucking business all of his working life. He was a graduate of Mount Union College, Alliance, Ohio.
He is survived by his wife, the former Dorothy A. Smith, whom he married November 28, 1964; two sons, James A. Cheurco of Columbiana and David P. Cheurco of East Palestine; a sister, Marietta Cheurco of Columbus; and two grandchildren.
There are no calling hours or services scheduled. The Warrick-Kummer Funeral Home, Columbiana is in charge of arrangements.
