Gemma Kae Gorby
Salem- Gemma Kae Gorby, 26 days old, of Salem, died on Thursday, December 22, 2016 at Akron Children's Hospital from a short illness.
Gemma was born on November 26, 2016 at Salem Regional Medical Center, a daughter of Michael J. Gorby, III and Kaytlynne N. Yhelka.
She is survived by her parents, Michael and Kaytlynne of Salem; a brother, Bentley Cope; a sister, Skylar Yhelka, and her paternal grandparents, Michael and Loretta Gorby, Jr., of Rogers.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana.
