Leetonia - December 16, 2007 - Frank A. Lindstrom, 81, of 37934 Butcher Road, died at 5:30 a.m. Sunday at his home.
Mr. Lindstrom was born July 11, 1926 in Sugar Grove, PA, a son of Axel and Lolo Chelton Lindstrom and had lived here since 1981, coming from Waterford, PA. He served as a military policeman in the US Army during WWII. He was a truck driver for Ray Gori Trucking, Youngstown Cartage, and Wooster Motor Lines for several years, and last worked at Lake Front Golf Course in Columbiana, retiring in 1997.
He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Hazel J. Hanson; a daughter, Delores Lindstorm and a son, Leslie Lindstrom.
He is survived by two daughters, Barbara Grace of Leetonia and Mrs. Chuck (LouAnn) Ruble of Salem; two sons, Floyd (Pam) Lindstrom of Ripley, NY and Scott Lindstrom of Salem; 32 grandchildren and 68 great grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 20, 2007 at the family home at 37934 Butcher Road, Leetonia, with Mrs. Rhonda Wilhelm of MVI Hospice officiating. Friends may call at the family home anytime on Thursday. Funeral arrangements we made by the Woods-Rettig Funeral Home, Leetonia.
