Florence A. Barnhouse

Rogers- Florence A. Barnhouse, age 89, of Rogers, died on Saturday, January 31, 2015 at Blossom Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Salem.

She was born on March 27, 1925, in Rogers, the daughter of the late George and Lillian Tunstall Gibson.

Florence was a lifetime resident and had worked as a homemaker. Her husband, Elmer "Dale" Barnhouse Sr., whom she married on October 9, 1942, preceded her in death on September 26, 1986.

She is survived by a daughter, Dail Ann Huff and by two sons, Roland Barnhouse and Elmer Barnhouse Jr., all of Rogers. Also surviving are eight grandchildren, nine great- grandchildren and three great great-grandchildren.

Florence was preceded in death by a son, George Barnhouse; sister, Francis Sipe and by three brothers, Lawrence, Leroy and John Gibson.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. at the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Jeff Schoch officiating.

Burial will be at the Crest Haven Memorial Gardens, New Waterford.
