Evelyn Ferguson Culler

Lisbon - December 8, 2008 - Evelyn M. Ferguson Culler, 82, of 214 W. Spruce Street, formerly of Columbiana, died at 12:38 p.m. Monday at the Willow Brook Christian Village, Delaware, Ohio.

Mrs. Culler was born October 12, 1926 in Leetonia, a daughter of Homer and Mariam Brinker Nold and had lived in this area most of her life. She was a homemaker and a member of Old Springfield United Church of Christ and a former member of St. Jacob's United Church of Christ and its Women's Guild. She was also a member of the United Commercial Travelers.

Her first husband, Homer H. Ferguson, whom she married June 4, 1944 died May 22, 1993.

She is survived by her second husband, Wilford H. Culler whom she married September 25, 1995; a daughter, Marsha (Bill) Link of Delaware, OH; a son, David W. (Frances) Ferguson of Rocky River, OH; seven grandchildren, Jonathan Peebles, Amelia Fickle, Joshua Fickle, Matt, Tim, Drew, and Pauly Ferguson and two great grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Tyler Fickle-Richmond.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday at the Woods-Rettig Funeral Home, Leetonia, with Mr. Herman McHan officiating. Burial will follow in St. Jacob's Church Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. on Thursday.
