Eva A. Blower

Rogers-Eva A. Blower, 100, of Carmel Achor Rd. passed away at 6:45 am Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at Parkside Health Care Center where she had been the past four days.

Mrs. Blower was born August 9, 1913 in Rogers, a daughter of Charles and Melvina Gorby Feezel and had lived in this area all of her life.

Eva was a homemaker and attended the Union Ridge Bible Baptist Church.

Her husband, Lafayette Blower, whom she married July 25, 1935, died August 30, 1984.

She is survived by her son, Allen "Lee" Blower of Rogers.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, January 25, 2014 at the Van Dyke-Swaney-Rettig Funeral Home, East Palestine with Pastor Randy Clark officiating. Burial will follow in East Carmel Cemetery. Friends may call from 12-2 pm on Saturday at the funeral home.
