Elizabeth Rose Summers

Leetonia- Elizabeth Rose Summers, age 100, of Leetonia, died on Friday, December 25, 2015 at Salem Regional Medical Center.

She was born on August 23, 1915 in Leetonia, the daughter of the late Paul A. and Rose M. Stiliano Rance.

Elizabeth was a homemaker and was of the Catholic faith.

Her husband, Daniel S. Summers, whom she married on February 6, 1935, preceded her in death on August 8, 1984.

She is survived by her son, Daniel P. Summers of Leetonia; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Elizabeth was preceded in death by three sisters, Minnie Dalessandro, Angela Batton and Mary Schonhut and by six brothers, George, William, James, Joseph, Paul and Francis Rance.

A private family service will be held at a later date.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Woods-Rettig Funeral Home, Leetonia.
