Edward Scott Mcfarland

Edward Scott McFarland, age 50, of 43679 Kelly Park Road died early Thursday in the Presbyterian Hospital at Greenville TX.

Born Oct. 27, 1954 in Salem, he had lived in Columbiana for 13 years coming from Lisbon.

Mr. McFarland had been a Supervisor for Multi-County Juvenile Attention Center in Lisbon (Tobin Center) and most recently was a team driver for Schneider Trucking.

He attended East Fairfield United Methodist Church and was a member of FOE #1496 at Leetonia and avid Browns Fan

Surviving are his wife, Laurel Lynn Zeitler whom he married October 20, 1990; two daughters, Mrs. Daniel (Tracey) Blankenship of Salineville and Miss Katelyn Rose McFarland of the home; five sons, Eric McFarland of Lisbon, Clifford McFarland and Edward McMillen, both of Salem, Cory Andric of Winona, and Kaleb Scott McFarland of the home; a brother, James (Betty) McFarland of Salem and three grandchildren.

Services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Monday in the Warrick-Kummer Funeral Home with the Rev. John P. Tully officiating. Burial will follow in the Crest Haven Memorial Gardens.

Friends may call 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
