Edmond H. "Fats" Failor

Enon Valley, PA- Edmond H. “Fats” Failor, age 84, of Enon Valley, died on Sunday, January 15, 2017 at the Good Samaritan Hospice Unit at Heritage Valley Health System, Beaver.

He was born on October 31, 1932 in Enon Valley, a son of the late Harry M. and L. Quinnie Coleman Failor.

Edmond had worked as a welder for Wean United for 30 years and was a member of Lake Mount Church of Christ, New Waterford, OH.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Maxine D. Lambright Failor, whom he married on November 8, 1952; three daughters, Teresa Biser of Lisbon, Melinda Mitchell of Enon Valley, and Laura “Elaine” Price of Enon Valley; a sister, Mildred Oaks of Haines City, FL., and by three grandchildren.

Edmond was preceded in death by two brothers, Harold J. Failor and William H. Failor.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 21, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at Lake Mount Church of Christ, New Waterford, OH.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday at the church at 11:00 a.m.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Van Dyke-Swaney-Rettig Funeral Home, East Palestine, OH.
