Doris Lee Miller

Columbiana November 4, 2007 -Doris Lee Miller, age 84, of 68 Maplewood Drive died at 3:55 a.m. Sunday in the Salem Community Hospital.

She was born September 18, 1923 in Youngstown, daughter of Arthur Leon and Lillian Kimble White.

Mr. and Mrs. Miller moved from Green Township to Columbiana in 1996.

She was a member of the St. Jude Catholic Church.

Her husband, Darhl Gene Miller, whom she married July 23, 1941, died August 19, 2002.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Dave (Sue A.) Simballa of Lisbon; a grand daughter, Caroline Sobek of Lisbon; a great-granddaughter), Haley Ann Melody of Lisbon; a sister, Mrs. Joseph T. (Carol) Bush of Canfield; two brothers, Kendall White of La Habra, CA and Lawrence White of Columbiana.

A sister, Marian Chambers and five brothers, Arthur 'Bud', Paul V., Glenn A., Neil J. and Kimball White preceded her in death.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by the Rev. Thomas Ziegler at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday in St. Jude Catholic Church.

Burial will follow in the Canfield Cemetery.

Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Warrick-Kummer Funeral Home.
