Donald E. Evans
East Palestine - January 24, 2006 - Donald E. Evans, age 56, of 407 West Clark Street, died Tuesday morning at his home.
Mr. Evans was born October 4, 1949 in Salem, a son of the late Paul and Iris Bush Evans and had lived in this area all of his life. He had been employed as a laborer at the former Insul Company for 38 years.
He is survived by a sister, Susan Strawn of East Palestine; three brothers, Larry Evans of East Palestine, Gary Evans of Lakeland, FL, and James Evans of East Palestine; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday at the Van Dyke-Swaney Funeral Home, East Palestine, with Pastor Brian Brown officiating. There are no calling hours.
