Girard January 24, 2006 -Domenico Phillip Sciaretta, Jr., age 41, of 54-1/2 West Liberty Street died Tuesday evening at his residence.

He was born November 24, 1964 in Rochester PA, son of Domenico P. and Donna Marie Gordon Sciaretta.

Mr. Sciaretta had lived in Girard for three years coming from Youngstown.

He had been a Distribution Center manager for Montgomery-Ward and for the last three years he had been a bar catcher at McDonald Steel Company.

Mr. Sciaretta was a member of the St. Jude Catholic Church in Columbiana.

He served with the Army as a tank driver in Korea in the late 80's.

Mr. Sciaretta is survived by his father and his father's wife Domenico and Patricia of North Lima and a brother, Anthony (Beverly) Sciaretta of Columbiana.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by the Reverend Thomas Ziegler at 10:00 a.m. Monday in St. Jude Catholic Church in Columbiana. Burial will be St. Cecelia Cemetery at Rochester PA.

Friends may call 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Sunday at Warrick-Kummer Funeral Home.
