Diane H. Wilkins

Columbiana, OH-March 11, 2006-Diane H. Wilkins, age 51, of Columbiana died at 1:50 a.m. Saturday at her home, after battling Leukemia for one year.

Mrs. Wilkins was born August 1, 1954 in Youngstown, a daughter of John and Norma Mack Hovanes, and had lived in this area all of her life.

She was a payroll clerk for Compco Industries in Youngstown and Columbiana for 30 years; her co-workers were her family, she loved them and they loved and cared for her.

She also loved to care for hurt and stray animals, and help people as much as she could.

Besides her mother, Norma of Newton Falls formally of Youngstown, she is survived by her son, Jack Wilkins of the home, who cared for her very much; a brother, David Hovanes of Newton Falls; and three nieces, Laura, Carla and Dawn Hovanes.

There are no services scheduled. Arrangements were made by the Warrick-Kummer Funeral Home, Columbiana.
