Dennis E. Ward

New Waterford - Dennis Ward, age 73, of New Waterford, died on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at Mercy Health St. Elizabeth Boardman Hospital.

Dennis was born on May 7, 1951, in Richwood, WV, son of the late Esker and Flossie Blankenship Ward.

Dennis had worked as pugmill operator for Darlington Brick General Shale and enjoyed tinkering with small engines or fixing anyone’s lawnmower. He always enjoyed his family and had many siblings.

Dennis is survived by his wife, Deborah Crowl Ward, whom he married on November 7, 1970; his two daughters, Mary (Peter) Perry of Columbiana and Amy Randolph of Mohave Valley, AZ; his son, Darrin Ward of New Waterford; six grandchildren, Paris Perry, Haley Peterson, Kaileb Randolph, Darrin Ward, Jr., Holly (Russell) Hetrick, Will Ward; and two great grandchildren, Bryler Sugar and Briggs Sugar.

Per his request, no services are being held at this time.
