David Matthew Currie
Leetonia- David Matthew Currie, age 44, of Leetonia, died on Monday, November 17, 2014, at his residence.
He was born on May 6, 1970, in Youngstown, a son of John T. Currie and the late Sharon L. Bali Currie.
Dave was a graduate of Leetonia High School and was a veteran of the United States Navy having served during Desert Storm.
He is survived by his wife, Deborah Wallace Currie of East Palestine; father, John T. Currie of Leetonia; a brother, John D. Currie of Denton, TN; a sister, Christine Marie Lease of Alliance, OH; a son, Tony Davis of East Liverpool and a daughter, Ashley Hill of East Liverpool. Also surviving is a grandson, James Hill.
The family will receive friends on Friday, November 21, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 21, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
