Dale Emory Clemmer
Uniontown, PA - June 28, 2009 - Dale Emory Clemmer, 68, of 176 Coolspring Street, formerly of Darlington, PA, died Sunday afternoon at UPMC Mercy Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA.
Mr. Clemmer was born October 10, 1940 in New Galilee, PA, a son of the late Dale Edward and Gladys Clemmer. He had worked at the Grove Hill Cemetery in Oil City and was also a self-employed painter.
He is survived by his wife, the former Cheryl Y. Douthett; a daughter, Rosie Clemmer of Franklin, PA; two sons, Dale Clemmer of Cochranton, PA, and Tim & Sharon Clemmer of Uniontown, PA; and a brother, Ron Clemmer of New Galilee, PA.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Friday at the Van Dyke-Swaney-Rettig Funeral Home, East Palestine, Ohio. Burial will follow in Petersburg Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to the services on Friday at the funeral home.
