Clyde E. Sandoe

East Palestine, OH-March 2, 2012-Clyde E. Sandoe, Jr., 83, of East Palestine died suddenly Friday evening at Salem Community Hospital after becoming ill at home.

Mr. Sandoe was born December 8, 1928 in Beaver Falls, PA, a son of Clyde and Laura Corrigan Sandoe, Sr. and had lived in this area since 1965 coming from Beaver Falls, PA.

Mr. Sandoe worked for the former Babcock and Wilcox in Beaver Falls, PA retiring in 1985.

His wife the former Margaret Reesh, whom he married, July 4, 1966, died February 12, 2005.

He is survived by a daughter, Dorothy Smith of Willow Springs, NC; four sons, Clyde Sandoe III, Thomas Sandoe of Salem, Mark Sandoe and Matthew Sandoe both of East Palestine; two sisters; and five grandchildren.

A grandson, a sister and three brothers preceded him in death.

No services are being observed.
