Washingtonville, OH - Cindy Marie Quinby, 48, died at 3:58 pm Tuesday, December 25, 2012 at Essex of Salem II.
Mrs. Quinby was born October 9, 1964 in Salem, a daughter of Wesley and Carrie Harrison Bell.
Cindy was a homemaker and had been a member of the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church of Washingtonville.
Her husband, Charles Earle Quinby, whom she married July 16, 2005 died on October 6, 2012. She was also preceded in death by her father and a sister, Tammie Bell.
She is survived by her mother, Carrie Boughton of Leetonia; and two brothers, Wesley Bell, Jr. of Leetonia and Rodney Lee Bell of Washingtonville.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 5, 2013 at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Leetonia, with Pastor Kari Lankford officiating. Woods-Rettig Funeral Home, Leetonia handled the arrangements.
