Christine Morelli Nance

Lisbon - March 28, 2008 - Christine G. Morelli Nance, 89, of 131A Pendleton Street, died at 3:51 p.m. Friday at the Salem Community Hospital.

Mrs. Nance was born August 13, 1918 in Alliance, Ohio and had lived here four years, coming from Corona, CA. She was employed as a waitress for several years and was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Leetonia.

She was preceded in death in 1979 by her husband, Clifford Nance and in 1937 by her first husband, Anthony James Morelli.

She is survived by a son, Tony (Carolyn) Morelli of Greenford; and three grandchildren, Julie Galbraith and Raymond Morelli, both of California; and Jason Stiner of Colorado.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Woods-Rettig Funeral Home, Leetonia, with the Reverend Thomas Eisweirth officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Leetonia. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. on Monday.
