Bruce G. Chadwick

Negley February 15, 2006 - Bruce Goodhue Chadwick, age 67, of 47647 Tomahawk Drive, Negley passed away Tuesday morning at his residence.

He was born Nov 13, 1938 in Newington, CT, son of Alan and Mary Goodhue Chadwick and had lived in the Negley area for the last 34 years.

Mr. Chadwick had been a manager for Montgomery Ward in several Pennsylvania locations, last in East Liverpool, OH. Currently he was owner-operator of Chad's Vinyl and Windshield Repair of Negley.

A graduate of Davis and Elkins College in Elkins, West Virginia, he was a member of the Air Force ROTC program. He then served in the Air Force during the Vietnam War. He was an avid fisherman, preferring bass.

He is survived by his wife, Paula (Lord), whom he married December 2, 1961; two sons, Alan of Frisco, TX and Kendall (Melissa) of Ravenna; a daughter, Karin of New York, NY; a grandson, Austin, age 11 of Frisco, TX; a sister, Mary Ellen Linderman of South Glastonbury, CT; niece Elizabeth Linderman of South Glastonbury, CT; and a nephew, John Linderman of Alaska.

Services will be conducted at 11:00am Saturday, February 18 at the Warrick-Kummer Funeral Home, Columbiana with the Rev. David Perkins officiating. Burial will follow in the East Carmel Cemetery. Friends may call 5-9pm Friday at the funeral home.
