Brian S. Frederick

Brian S. Frederick, 56, of Youngstown, passed away suddenly early Tuesday morning, November 20, 2018 at St. Elizabeth Health Center, Youngstown, after becoming ill at home.

Brian was born April 13,1962 in Cleveland, a son of James and Tonia Girard Frederick.

Brian had been a machinist for Glunt Manufacturing in Youngstown and served in the US Navy.

He is survived by his mother and step father, Tonia and Joe Scott of Columbiana; three daughters Chelsea (Joseph) Hayden of Elkhart, IN, Brianne Frederick and Shayla Frederick of Leetonia; a son, Brian J. Frederick of Columbiana; two sisters, Julie Frederick and Marcy Cook of Columbiana; two step sisters, Jennifer (Steve) Barnett of Malvern and Jodi Scott of Lexington; and nephews, Cody Dole and Dylan McMurray.

Friends and family will be received from 9:00 am to 11:00 am Monday, November 26, 2018 at the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana.  A memorial service will follow at 11:00 am Monday at the funeral home with Pastor Chuck Hamilton officiating. Military honors will be accorded following the services by the Benjamin Firestone Post #290 American Legion Honor Guard.
