Beverly J. Kay

Columbiana - Beverly J. Kay, 77, of Columbiana, died at 6:50 p.m. Thursday, December 15, 2011 at her home following a short illness.

Mrs. Kay was born January 10, 1934 in East Liverpool, a daughter of the late William E. and Esther E. Lockhart Frontz. She was a homemaker and a member of the Poland United Methodist Church, Poland.

She is survived by her husband, Eddie R. Kay, whom she married June 6, 1952; three daughters, Jackie A. (Randy) McKay of Lisbon, Barbara Kay of Boardman, and Alisza L. (Gregory) Mershimer of Austintown; a son, David L. (Janet) Kay of Canton; 13 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Carolee M. Hoff and a brother, James G. Frontz.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana, with Pastor Michael Grant officiating. Burial will follow in Crest Haven Memorial Gardens, Rogers.
