Beulah S. Crubaugh

Columbiana, OH-March 23, 2006-Beulah S. Crubaugh, age 81, formerly of Southern Ave. died at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday at Caprice Health Care Center in North Lima.

Mrs. Crubaugh was born March 18, 1925 in Monaca, PA a daughter of Charles and Cassey Guy Gallagher and had lived in this area most of her life.

She was a waitress and bartender for the former Shaffer House and The Ranch in East Palestine and the former Joe's Bar in New Waterford for many years.

Her husband, James H. Crubaugh, whom she married November 10, 1946 died May 26, 2005.

She is survived by her two sons, Terry Crubaugh and Ronald Crubaugh both of Columbiana; a brother, Fred Gallagher of New Brighton, PA; and three grandchildren.

Her sisters, Mary Gallagher, Margaret Vollmer, Garnet Specht, Olive Grumbling and Jean Davis and two brothers, Charles and George Gallagher are deceased. There are no services. Arrangements were handled by the Van Dyke-Swaney Funeral Home, East Palestine.
