Bertha O. Beiling

Salem-Bertha O. Beiling, 91, of Salem, died at 6:25 a.m. Wednesday, December 24, 2014 at the Salem Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Beiling was born August 29, 1923 in Xenia, OH, a daughter of the late Harvey and Margaret Welch Perdue. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Christian Church of Salem.

Her husband, Harry J. Beiling, whom she married January 14, 1943 died June 2, 1990.

She is survived by a daughter, Pamela (David) Porteous of Salem and a son, Steven Beiling of Salem; two grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and a sister, Zella Potter of Xenia.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, December 27, 2014 at the Woods-Rettig Funeral Home, Leetonia with Pastor Tom Coffee officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Leetonia. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the services on Saturday.
