Anthony "Chuck" Charles Stratton

Vincent, OH- Anthony "Chuck" Stratton, age 83, of Vincent, OH, died on Saturday, August 31, 2013 at his residence.

He was born on May 23, 1930 in Enon Valley, PA, a son of the late Frank Stratton and the late Margaret Cameron Clouds.

Chuck was a veteran of the United States Army having served during the Korean War and had worked as a lumberman at Kenmar in East Palestine.

He is survived by his wife, Pauline Lewis Stratton; a son, David Stratton of Vincent, OH and a brother, Jack Clouds of Beaver Falls, PA. Also surviving are three grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Chuck was preceded in death by six sisters, Helen, Dora, Sylvia, Hilda, Wilma and Clara and by four brothers, Frank "Bud", John, Teddy and George.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 5, 2013 from 1PM - 4PM at the Van Dyke-Swaney-Rettig Funeral Home in East Palestine. Services will be held on Friday, September 6, 2013 at 11AM at the funeral home where the family will again receive friends one hour prior to the service. The Reverend Herbert DeLong will be officiating.

Burial will be at the Little Beaver Cemetery in Enon Valley, PA.
