Rogers March 30, 2004 - Anna Pearl Collins, age 78, of 47237 Carmel Achor Road died at 2:10 a.m. Tuesday at the Holander House in Salem.
She was born Dec. 5, 1925 in Elizabeth WV, daughter of Charles and Verna Frazier Cline and had lived in Rogers since 1938, coming from Elizabeth WV.
Mrs. Collins had been a press operator for many years at the former Wetzel's Dry Cleaners in East Liverpool and also had been employed at the former L. W. Nash Company in East Palestine.
She was a member of the Assembly of God at Lisbon.
Her husband, Arnold Lyle Collins, whom she married June 19, 1944, preceded her in death January 27, 1991.
Mrs. Collins is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Jess (Joy) Adams of Rogers and Karen Rapp of Rogers; two sons, Philip L. Collins of Rogers and David A. Collins of Canton; ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
A son, Stephen Collins, and a granddaughter, Clairenda Collins, preceded her in death.
Services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Friday in the Warrick-Kummer Funeral Home with Pastor H. E. DeLong of the Lisbon Assembly of God and Rev. Paul R. Wright of the Rogers Assembly of God officiating. Burial will follow in the Crest Haven Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call 2-4 & 7-9 p. m Thursday at the funeral home.
