Ann Marie Dzik

Salem - Ann Marie Dzik, 66, of Century House, Salem, formerly of Grafton, WV, died at 5:20 a.m. Thursday, June 13, 2013 at the Parkside Health Care Center, Columbiana.

Mrs. Dzik was born April 21, 1947 at Uniontown, PA, a daughter of the late Stanley and Virgie Gyugo Walsh and had lived in this area the past five years. She had been employed as a secretary for the federal government and also in the private sector for several years. She had attended St. Paul Catholic Church, Salem.

Her husband, Charles J. Dzik is deceased.

She is survived by a daughter, Susan Barrish of Milton, DE; a son, John Dzik of Newark, DE; a sister, Mary (Lynn) Eskay of Leetonia; and seven grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, June 17, 2013, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Adalbert Cemetery, Pittsburgh, PA. Friends may call at the Woods-Rettig Funeral Home, Leetonia from 9-11 a.m. on Monday. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Valley.
