Lisbon - August 6, 2004 - Agnes V. Fitzwilliams age 86, of 43079 SR 154, died at 2:25 p.m. Friday at the Salem Community Hospital following surgery.
Mrs. Fitzwilliams was born March 17, 1918 in Boardman, a daughter of Charles J. and Freida Magnuson Larson.
She had lived here for 35 years, coming from Youngstown.
Mrs. Fitzwilliams had been a meat packer at the former Knox Packing Company in Elkton for 20 years.
Her husband, Joseph F. Fitzwilliams whom she married March 17, 1940, preceded her in death on March 14, 1999.
Mrs. Fitzwilliams is survived by seven daughters, Mrs. Michael (Virginia "Sis") Keshock of Columbiana, Mrs. Jesse (Patricia) Mason of Shreveport, LA, Mrs. Bonnie Kupec of Leetonia, Mrs. Larry (Theresa "Tess") Bostic and Mrs. Pete (Janet) Bobby, both of Salem, Mrs. Richard (Barbara) Nelson of Louisville, OH, and Mrs. John (Diane) Dilling of New Waterford; three sons, Robert Fitzwilliams, Richard Fitzwilliams, and Joseph Fitzwilliams, Jr., all of Lisbon; two sisters, Mrs. Alberta Shook of Berlin Center and Mrs. Eva Latronico of Canfield; 20 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
Two sisters, Alma Firestone and Eloise Rogers and three brothers, Henry, Julius and Edward Larson, preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Warrick-Kummer Funeral Home, Columbiana, with the Rev. Dr. Meta Cramer officiating. Burial will follow in Green Haven Memorial Gardens, Canfield. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Monday.
