East Palestine, OH- Ronald D. Householder, 62, of N. Pleasant Dr., passed away Thursday morning, June 21, 2018 at Hospice House, Poland surrounded by his family.
Ron was born February 8, 1956 in New Brighton, PA, a son of the late Lawrence and Hazel May Householder.
Ron worked for the Darlington Brick Yard and PhD Manufacturing in Columbiana, OH. He was a member of Emmanuel United Methodist Church, East Palestine. Ron was described by his granddaughter as a very kind man. He loved fishing and hunting and had an incredible talent for mechanics and welding.
Ron is survived by his wife, the former Traci Palmer, whom he married June 3, 1975; three sons, Daniel Householder of East Palestine, OH, Jason (Melanie) Householder of Leetonia, OH and Aaron (Kristina) Householder of Poland, OH; a sister, Susan (Robert) Cumberledge of New Brighton, PA; a brother, Dale (Martha) Householder of Lisbon, OH; two granddaughters, Marah Householder and Alayna Householder; several uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins; our special brother and uncle Doug Oesch; and his fury friend, Bella.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Clifford Householder.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 1:00 pm Monday, June 25, 2018 at Emmanuel United Methodist Church with a luncheon to follow at the church.

The family would like to extend their sincere thanks to the many nurses and doctors at Heritage Valley Medical Center and Hospice of the Valley, that have helped them through Ron’s battle with cancer.
