Robert G. Marshall, Jr.

Leetonia – Robert G. Marshall, Jr., 68, of Leetonia, died, Friday, August 31, 2018 at Salem Regional Medical Center.

He was born, July 5, 1950, in Salem, son of the late Robert and Mary Jane Liston Marshall, Sr.

Robert worked as a truck driver and mechanic and had served in the United States Army during Vietnam and was a member of the Washingtonville VFW.

He is survived by his wife, the former Sue Ewing, whom he married April 12, 1971; three daughters, Bobbie (Troy) Wickersham of Minerva, Lisa Wayts of Carrollton and Christina Miah of Tampa, FL; a sister Becky (Rickey) Wilson of Sands, MI; five grandchildren, Robby, Paige, Laney, Rebecca and Rachael; three grandchildren of the home, Jayma, Serena, and Marcus; four great grandchildren, Trent, Kloe, Julian, Easton and several nieces and nephews including his sassy niece, Heather and nephew, Christopher.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents; a sister Melissa Brown and a grandson, Joshua Howell.

A private memorial service and military honors were held at the Oakdale Cemetery Chapel.

Arrangements were entrusted to the Woods-Rettig Funeral Home, Leetonia.
