Adam Nicholas Little

Leetonia- Adam Nicholas Little, age 33, of Leetonia, was called home on Sunday, July 1, 2018 at his residence.

He was born on September 9, 1984 in Salem, the son of Lisa Dattilio Jenkins and Jeff S. Little.

Adam was a veteran of the 82nd Airborne division of the United States Army, a graduate of UTI in Phoenix Arizona and was employed by Myers Equipment in Canfield.  Adam’s greatest love and joy was spending time with family, friends, being outdoors and helping others.  He volunteered with the Heroes and Halos, held a poker run, and worked with individuals with special needs.  Adam also had a love for racing and won in his circle track racing class in 2014. 

He is survived by his wife, Maryea Israel Little, whom he married on September 16, 2017; his beloved daughter, Vayda Little; two step daughters, Faith and Mahalia; a step son, Cashius; his mother, Lisa (Scott) Jenkins of Salem; his father,  Jeff Little of Franklin Square; step sister, Ashley (Bryan) Foerster of Leetonia; step brother, Joseph (Ashley) Jenkins of New Springfield; a half-sister, Jessica Linsmaier of Yadkinville, NC, and by his maternal grandmother, Patricia Dattilio of Columbiana, and four nieces and eight nephews.

Adam was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Ronald C. Dattilio and his paternal grandparents, John and Shirley Downard.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 5, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at the Woods-Rettig Funeral Home, Leetonia.

Memorial services will be held on Thursday, July 5, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Jeff Proya officiating.  Military honors will be accorded by the Salem Honor Guard.
