The Family Care Cremation Story

Family Care Cremation Services was licensed by the Board of Embalmers and Funeral Directors of the State of Ohio on April 1, 2014 and is the only crematory in Columbiana County. The crematory, located at the Columbiana funeral home, was custom manufactured by CMS of Tulsa, OK, is the latest in crematory technology and has been issued a final permit to operate by the Ohio EPA. We recognized that as the funeral profession continues to change and cremation rates increase, having the ability to fulfill our client families wishes without using a third party crematory was not only important to us, but equally important to the families whom we serve. We are very proud to be the first funeral homes in Columbiana County to offer families on site cremations as well as the assurance that their loved one will not leave our care. We are also able to directly supervise all cremations by a licensed funeral director.
