The owners and staff treated us with the utmost respect and patience.
We were very relieved knowing that our loved one would be cremated right there at the Columbiana facility rather than having to take her to another place.
They worked with us to create the perfect urn with the perfect custom designed inscription and design. It turned out simply beautiful! It was perfect for her!
They were very accommodating when it came to us ordering extra items and even communicated with the out of town newspaper since her funeral took place at an out of state funeral home. They didn't treat us any different or any less because we weren't having services there.
